10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith direct negotiations. Either party may initiate such negotiations by providing written notice to the other party.
10.2 Mediation
If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiations within thirty days, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation administered by a mutually agreed upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally by the parties.
10.3 Arbitration
If mediation is unsuccessful, any remaining dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cipherwell regarding your use of our website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. Any invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
11.3 No Waiver
